Dan is a Fractional CMO utilizing over 20 years of sales, marketing, management, leadership, and entrepreneurial experience to work with companies in the design and implementation of branding, marketing, and growth strategies. 

At Hydrate Marketing, Dan oversees primary strategy for the Hydrate team and for our clients. A serial networker and sucker for public speaking, he is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Hydrate and mentors the staff on delivering exceptional value and results to our clients.

Meet w/ Madison

Madison obtained undergrad and master’s degrees in communication & journalism with a focus in advertising & PR from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. As Agency & Account Manager, she is the primary point person for our clients and works closely with them to manage projects and coordinate the daily inbound and outbound marketing activities of the Hydrate team. Madison's expertise in social media marketing, digital advertising, campaign planning, and inbound marketing, along with her creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills are a great asset to the agency and to her clients. A Vermont native, Madison likes to cook and exercise while not managing the agency's deliverables.

Clara Moses spent her college years walking the rocky shores of Bristol, Rhode Island, while studying at Roger Williams University. In 2013, she graduated with her BS in Media Communications, emphasis on Journalism, with minors in Creative Writing and Criminal Justice.

As Content Marketing Specialist, Clara is Hydrate’s Queen of the Keyboard. Her creativity and technical writing strengths are great additions to the team. When she’s not furiously typing, she’s adventuring with her friends, family, and pets.

Eric received his undergraduate degree in History and International Affairs from Northeastern University. Despite spending a fair amount of time in the stacks, Eric worked in marketing, communications and PR throughout college. 

A creative with a knack for writing, Eric specializes in campaign planning/execution. As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, his creativity and knowledge of the latest trends are great additions to the Hydrate team.

Lara Maville is a graduate of Montserrat College of Art where she received a BFA in Graphic Design. She had been working as a designer at a marketing agency for 11 years before she went rogue in 2008 and started a freelance business. Lara has experience designing a multitude of printed materials, logos, and websites. She has worked with a large base of local clients including The Hopkins Center for the Arts at Dartmouth, Dartmouth College Advancement Communications, Creare, and King Arthur Flour. In addition to being a graphic designer she is a homeschooler and enjoys living in the Upper Valley with her husband and daughter.

An ad agency veteran, he knows that the real value for the customer is bringing together my skills and experience. Probably the most important skill Randall offers
is listening. The key to success in marketing communications is the ability to quickly understand the marketing needs, background and tastes of your customer. Randall is adept at using the full complement of the latest Adobe creative software. He is an award-winning designer of Branding and Identity, Logo Design, Typography, Web Development, Packaging and Signage, Ad Campaigns, and print design.
